INFORMATION AND CONSENT TEXT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. Purpose of the Information Text and Our Company's Role as Data Controller:
Our company, Burkut Dijital Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("burkutdijital.com" and/or the "Company"), assumes the role of “data controller” in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) with respect to personal data relating to customers. This Information and Consent Text is intended to inform customers, in accordance with the Law, about the personal data processing activities carried out by kolikolay.com and to obtain their explicit consent for the circumstances set out in Article 3 below.
2. Purpose of Processing Customers’ Personal Data:
Customers’ personal data are processed for the following purposes, in line with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing as set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

3. Personal Data to be Processed Based on Customers’ Explicit Consent and the Purpose of Processing:
In cases where the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law are not met, the explicit consent of customers is required for kolikolay.com to process personal data. Within this scope, customers’ personal data may be processed based on their consent for the following purposes:

These personal data may also be shared with the parties specified in this Information and Consent Text, in line with the customer's approval.
4. Transfer of Customers’ Personal Data:
Customers’ personal data may be shared, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes outlined in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, with the authorized representatives of Burkut Dijital Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., our affiliates, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and private entities. The purposes of such sharing include:

5. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data:
Personal data are collected electronically from customers. The personal data collected based on the legal grounds stated above may be processed and transferred in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and for the purposes specified in this Information and Consent Text.
6. Rights of Customers as Data Subjects:
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the following rights:
(i) To learn whether their personal data are being processed,
(ii) If personal data have been processed, to request information regarding such processing,
(iii) To learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether their data are being used for the intended purpose,
(iv) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad,
(v) To request the correction of personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate and to request that such corrections be communicated to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
(vi) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing no longer exist, even if they have been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation, and to request that such actions be communicated to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
(vii) To object to any outcome that is to the detriment of the data subject resulting from the analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems,
(viii) To request compensation for damages in the event of suffering harm due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
Requests regarding the exercise of these rights may be submitted by data subjects through the methods outlined in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data under Law No. 6698, available at https://www.burkutdijital.com/. burkutdijital.com will evaluate such requests and respond within 30 days. burkutdijital.com reserves the right to charge a fee for processing such requests, based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, if applicable.
